LAX Bros – Return & Refund Policy
Because every LAX Bros item is custom-made on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
We encourage customers to double-check size charts and product details before placing an order to ensure a great fit and experience.
However, we stand by the quality of our products. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will make it right.
What qualifies for a replacement or refund?
- The item was damaged in transit
- There is a manufacturing or printing defect
- You received the wrong item or design
How to report an issue:
Please email us at support@golaxbros.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the item(s) and packaging
We’ll respond within 2 business days to confirm next steps. If your request qualifies, we’ll issue a free replacement or refund at our discretion.
Non-returnable items:
- Items with incorrect sizing due to customer error
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Items returned without prior approval
Shipping Delays & Lost Packages
Please allow adequate time for delivery. If your order is significantly delayed or tracking shows it was not delivered, contact us. We will work with our production partner to investigate and resolve the issue.
